Funds Development: Colonial Williamsburg Fund

Colonial Williamsburg Fund

Blacksmith Many of America's national treasures are locked away in glass cases. Some are available only to scholars. Others are too fragile to be displayed at all.

Colonial Williamsburg is different. From the blazing forge and ringing blows of the blacksmith's shop to the cool elegance of the hand-rubbed mahogany and fine porcelain in the Governor's Palace, Colonial Williamsburg is a national treasure that can be enjoyed by all of us.

Yet the buildings, educational programs, and gardens enjoyed by our many visitors are only maintained through the generous financial contributions of individuals like you. These gifts help augment our ticket sales, which provide only about half of the funds necessary to operate Colonial Williamsburg.

Colonial Williamsburg donors are people who truly believe in the importance of our nation's political and cultural heritage, a story that is told every day in our Historic Area. We encourage you to take a few moments and make a gift to the Colonial Williamsburg Fund.
