Please let us know at least two weeks prior to your arrival of any food allergies or alternative food needs. We make every effort to accommodate all requests.

Each meal will have a variety of options, including a vegetarian plate. Typically, breakfasts are buffet; lunches are salads or sandwiches; and dinners consist of two different meat options and one vegetarian selection.

If you are dieting, we recommend that you be mindful of portion size, because we provide more than enough food at every meal. Even with all of the walking, many participants claim to gain weight while they are here!
