Lodging and Dining
The cost of lodging (double occupancy, typically twin beds)* is included in the Institute fee. You will be provided accommodations in the Colonial Houses within the Historic Area. Check-in and registration is at the Williamsburg Inn Guest Services desk.
Take a few moments to explore the Colonial Houses online for the types of accommodations provided; most participants will stay in Brick House Tavern or Market Square Tavern.**
* For an additional charge of $500, private rooms may be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please request and pay for the single room during the registration process.
** Due to the nature of the accommodations, we will be unable to confirm your rooming assignment until the day you arrive.

You are responsible for paying for all incidental charges made to your room including local and long distance telephone calls. The Colonial Houses charge an access fee of 75 cents per call for all local calls. For your convenience, a credit card imprint will be made at check-in to cover telephone and other incidental charges. Cellular connections within the Historic Area may be unreliable, depending upon your provider.
You must return your keys to the Inn registration desk the morning you depart. A $10 lost key fee will be charged for keys not returned.
All meals (and their gratuities) are included in your Institute fee. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided daily in Colonial Williamsburg restaurants or nearby establishments.
