Under Arms: The Spring Gun Affair

In the summer of 1775, alarms sounded around Williamsburg as a most evil trap was sprung at the Powder Magazine! Upon entering the building, a “spring gun,” likely set by murderous agents of Lord Dunmore, wounded several young men of the town. Join the Williamsburg Independent Company as they investigate this incident and help decide what is best for the safety and security of Virginia. Using arms from the Powder Magazine, all willing recruits will be trained in the Manual Exercise in hopes of protecting Williamsburg from any further villainy.

Under Arms: The Spring Gun Affair is an interactive program. Guests must be able to stand for at least 40 minutes. The program is open to all would-be soldiers ages 6 to 80.
