This Fall, Create Your Own Adventure with Colonial Williamsburg

WILLIAMSBURG, Va. -- This fall, whether it’s a culinary retreat, a historical adventure, or an autumn getaway, Colonial Williamsburg invites guests to create their own adventure in the revolutionary capital of Virginia. Whether it’s engaging with historical figures, discovering flavors of the past and present, or rejuvenating the mind and body with historically-inspired spa treatments or world-class golf, guests can satisfy all interests with Colonial Williamsburg.

During the season, guests may delight in local flavors and ingredients at The Taste Studio, a new addition to the Colonial Williamsburg’s culinary repertoire, offering demonstrations and hands-on experiences from Colonial Williamsburg’s acclaimed chefs. Guests can continue their culinary adventure, exploring tastes of the past in one of the four authentic Historic Taverns and, for more contemporary fare, classic American, Southern and barbecue favorites at one of Colonial Williamsburg’s restaurants.

For those in search of history, the popular text-message based spy adventure RevQuest: The Old Enemy continues through the end of November, guests can crack codes, decipher clues and explore the streets of the Revolutionary City through the eyes of a spy as they seek to find an ally to support American war efforts. They can also enjoy carriage rides, ghost tours, palace concerts and witness revolution come to life this fall.

And those looking for a break from all the action can relax with a historically-inspired spa treatment at The Spa of Colonial Williamsburg, or enjoy a round of golf at the Golden Horseshoe Golf Club.

For an easy autumn getaway, the Revolutionary Experience Package is the ultimate way to experience all that Colonial Williamsburg has to offer. Starting at $85 per person, per night, the package includes:
