CW reaches out to government groups with "Government Rules" Package
Colonial Williamsburg’s “Government Rules” package provides a special government per diem rate of $101 for groups booking at least 10 sleeping rooms between April 1 and Aug. 31, and $79 between Sept. 1 and Dec. 21, 2005 (Option 1). For an additional $42 per person per day (Option 2), Colonial Williamsburg offers additional banquet meals based on current per diem and availability. Rates are based on single or double occupancy plus applicable taxes, are subject to availability and are not available over major holidays.

Two package options are available. Option 1 includes guest room and continental breakfast daily. The Woodlands Hotel & Suites is the most recent property to join Colonial Williamsburg’s roster of five hotels. The contemporary, three-story, 300-room hotel offers 96 suites and 204 guest rooms. The Conference Center features 14,000 square feet of dedicated meeting space, including 11 meeting rooms, the largest of which can accommodate 280 for banquets.
Guest rooms at the Woodlands each have two full-size beds, a sitting area with a desk and two chairs, a comfortable lounge chair that converts to a single bed and cable TV.
