Political Life in Eighteenth-Century VirginiaJEFFERSON & ADAMS: A STAGE PLAY (DVD)
Based on an original play by Howard Ginsberg

In a faced-paced series of encounters, we see the turbulent relationship between Thomas Jefferson and John Adams as their friendship—conducted mostly via letters—ignites, flourishes, ruptures, and resolves itself. The play spans 50 years, from the early days of the Republic, through two wars with England, and continuing through their vigorous retirement.

DVD extras:
Behind the Scenes of Jefferson & Adams (15 mins). The playwright, director, actors, executive producer, and Jefferson Legacy Foundation's executive director discuss the inception, importance, and production of the play.

About Colonial Williamsburg: Tour Our Town (8 mins). A look at the importance of the town of Williamsburg to our national heritage, the restoration by John D. Rockefeller Jr., and a glimpse into Colonial Williamsburg's Living History Museum.

$24.95. To order, call 1-800-761-8331 or email eftsupport@cwf.org.
