Visiting Colonial Williamsburg’s Historic Area and museums for a day? Two weeks? Or want to come back again and again? There’s a pass just for you. General admission passes include access to a variety of Historic Area buildings and exhibits, the Museums of Colonial Williamsburg, and regular daytime programs. Some offer discounts on evening performances and other perks. Bus transportation is included in your Colonial Williamsburg admission. Pricing and entitlements for admission passes and tickets are subject to change.

Official Regional Visitor Center

The Colonial Williamsburg Visitor Center serves as the official Regional Visitor Center for America’s Historic Triangle. Purchase tickets for Colonial Williamsburg and the Historic Triangle venues here.

Use our natural-gas buses to visit Historic Area sites, the Museums of Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown. The shuttle is free for ticketed guests and is available from March 17 through October 31, 2008. Download the Historic Triangle shuttle schedule (pdf).

Colonial Williamsburg Museum Admission

Admission to the combined Museums of Colonial Williamsburg (DeWitt Wallace Decorative Arts Museum, Abby Aldrich Rockefeller Folk Art Museum, Bassett Hall) is included in the following Colonial Williamsburg general admission passes: Capital City One-Day Ticket, Governor’s Key-to-the-City Two Day Pass, Freedom Pass, Independence Pass, CW Hotel Guest Pass, and also the local resident Good Neighbor Pass.

The following ticket options are also available for access to the museums only:

Adults $19 - annual pass
Youths $10 - annual pass

These tickets are not currently available for online purchase, but can be obtained at any onsite Colonial Williamsburg ticket window, as well as at the museums.


*"Regular daytime programs" excludes events for which separate paid admission is required. Some regular daytime programs require advance reservations. Walking tours must be booked on site at any CW ticket location due to limited availability.
** "Colonial Evening Programs" do not include dining events. Discounts do not apply to any evening programs or events during the holidays from Thanksgiving through New Year’s Day.
***One (1) Colonial Evening Program ticket may be reserved per Independence Pass holder, per program, space permitting.
