Today, guests from across the country walk the same streets as those who built America and stand in spaces where so much history unfolded. There is incredible power in this place and The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation believes in preserving the path to independence that began here.
But to do this work we need your help.
As a private 501(c)3 nonprofit, Colonial Williamsburg does not receive state or federal funding and instead relies on philanthropy from individual donors, corporations and foundations.
Donor support is crucial in our efforts to advance our mission That the future may learn from the past; maintain our 300-acre Historic Area; and reach our ambitious preservation, education and civic engagement goals. By supporting the Foundation, you help us better understand our shared history and inspire generations.
